Hello! I'm Brian.
At the age of 46, I had a stark realization: I was walking down the same path that led my father to heart failure at just 57. This prompted me to ask myself a life-changing question: "Is this the life I want to continue living?" The answer was a resounding "no."

This awakening led me to not just reimagine, but reinvent my life. Today, I am a certified health coach, personal trainer, and recovery support specialist. My own transformation journey has fueled my passion for helping others. I now partner with individuals—and couples, through our Proven Pathways program—to help them improve their health, live more fulfilling lives, and truly feel amazing.

  • We offer both online and in-person meetings. Our plan is for in-person meetings to be held at The Hill KC every Tuesday from 6pm to 7pm.

    The dates and times are flexible and will be decided on by the participants.

  • The Basic Couple’s Package costs $599 for the 8-week program. This includes 8 hours of group coaching, workbooks, resource books, access to our community support forum, and childcare services.

  • Life happens. If you can't attend one week, we'll work with you to make sure you catch up on what you missed.
